Training is every Tuesday and Thursday, with a run at 7:00pm and stretching and rope work from 7:30pm. Training usually lasts for between 2 and 2˝ hours.
After training, we all meet in the sports club for a well earned drink!
What do I need to bring to training?
Outdoor and Indoor · Training kit (tough-material top (e.g. a rugby shirt), track-suit trousers and socks) · Back support belt – e.g. a weight-lifting belt or neoprene back support · Shower kit
Outdoor training (February/March to September) · Boots – e.g. timberland-type boots. Need high sides (over the ankle). No studs. · Trainers – for the run, warm up and warm-down. · Mosquito spray – essential during the summer.
Indoor training (September to February/March ) · Rubber-soled trainers
