March to September
Training is every Tuesday and Thursday, with a run at 7:00pm and stretching and rope work from 7:30pm.  Training usually lasts for between 2 and 2½ hours.

After training, we all meet in the sports club for a well earned drink!

 

October to February
Training is every
Sunday, starting at 10:30am.  Training usually lasts for between 1½ and 2 hours.

Training

What do I need to bring to training?

· Training kit (tough-material top (e.g. a rugby shirt), track-suit trousers and socks)

· Back support belt – e.g. a weight-lifting belt or neoprene back support

· Shower kit

· Boots – e.g. timberland-type boots.  Need high sides (over the ankle).  No studs.

· Trainers – for the run, warm-up and cool-down.

· Mosquito spray – essential during the summer.
